Welcome to Rozoomio. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rozoomio website, applications and services (the "Service").

Rozoomio is a knowledge retention platform designed to help learners build long-term understanding through evidence-based learning methods.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

For the purposes of these Terms:

• Rozoomio, we, our or us means Rozoomio Ltd.
• Service means the Rozoomio website, applications, games, learning platform and related services.
• User, you or your means any person accessing or using the Service.
• Content means flashcards, quizzes, games, explanations, hints, text, graphics, images, software and other materials made available through the Service.

Rozoomio may be used by learners of all ages.

Where required by applicable law, parents or legal guardians are responsible for providing any necessary consent for children to use the Service.

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your account information up to date.
• Keep your password confidential.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You are responsible for all activity carried out using your account.

The prices of paid products and services are displayed on the Rozoomio website at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Rozoomio does not receive or store your payment card details.

Digital Products

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If a digital product is not right for you, you may request a full refund by emailing us within 3 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. This 3-day money-back guarantee applies to online learning content, digital games and digital services.

Because digital products give you immediate access, by completing your purchase you consent to that immediate access and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right to cancel is lost once access begins — except for the 3-day money-back guarantee described above, and except where the content is faulty or not as described, where your statutory rights are unaffected.

Physical Products

If a physical product is lost during delivery, Rozoomio will, at its discretion, either replace the product or provide a full refund.

If you change your mind after receiving a physical product, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• the product is unused and in its original condition;
• the product is returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible;
• the product arrives back to Rozoomio undamaged; and
• you are responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price. Original delivery charges and return postage are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights. If a physical product is faulty, damaged or not as described, your rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

When using Rozoomio, you agree to:

• Use the Service in a lawful manner.
• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Rozoomio.
• Not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell or commercially exploit Rozoomio's content, software or other intellectual property without our prior written permission.
• Not intentionally interfere with the operation, security or availability of the Service.

Rozoomio uses artificial intelligence to assist in the creation of learning materials, including flashcards, quizzes, explanations, hints and other educational content.

Before publication, learning content intended for public use is reviewed by a human reviewer as part of our quality assurance process.

While we strive to ensure that published content is accurate, clear and up to date, errors or omissions may occasionally occur. If you believe any published content is inaccurate, we encourage you to report it so that it can be reviewed and corrected.

Rozoomio continuously improves its content through expert review, user feedback and ongoing quality assurance.

Rozoomio is designed to improve long-term knowledge retention through evidence-based learning techniques, including active recall, spaced repetition, retrieval practice and other scientifically supported learning methods.

The Service is intended to help learners build and retain knowledge more effectively.

While we aim to provide accurate, professionally reviewed learning materials and an effective learning experience, individual learning outcomes depend on many factors, including prior knowledge, study habits, consistency and practical application. Rozoomio therefore cannot guarantee specific educational, professional or examination outcomes.

Unless otherwise stated, all software, source code, games, learning systems, algorithms, published learning content, graphics, designs, branding, trademarks, logos and other intellectual property forming part of the Service are owned by or licensed to Rozoomio Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Service for your personal or internal business learning purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit any part of the Service without the prior written permission of Rozoomio Ltd.

We aim to keep the Service available and operating reliably.

However, we may temporarily suspend or limit access to the Service for maintenance, updates, security improvements or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may update, improve, modify, replace or discontinue features of the Service from time to time.

The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party providers, including payment processors, cloud hosting providers, authentication providers and email delivery services.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
